Starting from our own design offices, through earthworks, execution of specialized reinforced concrete works, fabrication and installation of steel structures, ending with the execution of wall and roof cladding, landscaping or legal and administrative formalities, all the above mentioned works are carried out with our own resources. As a result, we are able to guarantee with full responsibility the consistent highest quality, deadlines, price conditions and flexibility during the implementation of complex engineering processes for our customers.
The potential of our company in the field of GENERAL CONSTRUCTION OF INVESTMENTS is complemented by the companies affiliated with us in terms of ownership and making up the resources of CALMTEC BUILD. For more than 15 years, we have been gaining experience and building capacity to help our clients grow on the Polish and foreign markets.
We have two production plants in Dąbrowa Górnicza and Czarków near Pszczyna, thanks to which we are able to manufacture up to 250 tons of steel structures per month. The experience of our employees and our modern machinery allow us to meet the needs of customers in the most demanding industries. We also owe the high quality of manufactured structures and equipment to the quality assurance systems introduced in our company. The company has implemented and certified quality management systems PN-EN ISO 9001:2009, PN EN 1090-1 and 2+A1:2012, PN EN ISO 3834 in recognised entities.
We design in accordance with the modern concept of BIM (Building Information Modelling) using the current AUTODESK and TEKLA STRUCTURES software packages. Each of our projects has a 3D model of the structure and is made available to clients for the purpose of reconciling the other construction industries, which easily identifies the scopes of responsibility, excludes potential collisions, speeds up the execution of the work and reduces the cost of implementation.
We perform highly specialized assemblies of steel structures and technological installations for clients in the construction, automotive and energy industries. Professional assembly teams, under the supervision of experienced managers with work authorizations, carry out assembly processes for bringing in new developments, strengthening existing structures, and assembling and rebuilding production lines throughout Europe.
We supply structural and reinforcing steel for projects in construction and industry. We have a wide range of metallurgical materials from carbon steels to high-alloy steels, stainless steels, heat and acid-resistant steels.
Calmtec Service Center offers complete carbon and stainless steel processing in one place. Laser and plasma cutting of sheet metal up to 12 m in length. Sheet metal bending up to 6m in length.
For the purpose of ongoing investments, we provide domestic and international transportation services. We handle loads from 15 kg to 24 tons, as well as out-of-gauge/oversize transport.
